Dues Payment

Annual HOA dues are due Jan. 1st. The dues for 2011 are $756 (the same as the last several years).

You should receive a payment slip in the mail in Nov. or Dec.

In addition to mailing a check with the coupon you received in the mail, you may pay your dues electronically in any of the following ways:

1. Visit Smartstreet, which is Mesa View Estates' online dues collection provider. There you may choose from "eCheck" (and subsequently enter your bank account number information) to have the money withdrawn from your checking or savings account or you may pay by Mastercard (which incurs an additional $9.95 fee). Your homeowner account number is printed on the dues coupon mailed to you and probably looks like a contraction of your address.

2. Your existing online billpay service. If you already use a bill paying service from your bank/etc., then you do not need to mail in the physical coupon. You may simply enter a new payee as usual. You should have it paid to "Mesa View Estates HOA", using the same account number from the payment coupon as mentioned above. Have it sent to:

Also note that if you've lost your coupon you may mail a check to the above address. Be sure your name and the address of your property in Mesa View Estates are on the check and that it says "Mesa View Estates Dues" so they know which HOA it's for.
