Kyffin Plant/Flower/Vegetable Sales
You're invited to Plant/Flower/Vegetable Sales at your neighborhood Elementary School. Where: Kyffin Elementary 205 Flora, Golden (in the front of the school) What: A 2 day Plant Sale benefiting Kyffin Outdoor Lab Beautiful plants and vegetables for less than nursery prices Assorted Annuals $5-$7 Patio Gardens & Planters 8" 10" 14" $15-$45 Tomatoes & Peppers $4 each ... and more... Hanging Baskets, etc. When: Friday, May 3rd 2-4pm & Friday, May 10th 2-4pm Cash and checks only! Thank you for your support!
For your mouth-watering eating pleasure, and to give you a break from your kitchen, we are hosting Food Trucks this year from 5:30p.m. - 8:00p.m. every other Thursday at the Estates Park starting Apr. 25th!
To start the season off, we will have Pink Tank, Crock Spot, Top of the Hill, Verde and Wandering Cow. Check their menus online, but here is a sample of what will be available: blow-your-mind burgers, hot dogs, lots of grains, pulled pork, curry dishes, barbeque, Sonara Mexican food, yogurt and waffles!
The trucks will be varied through out the season, bring your own libations, blanket and chairs if you want to eat at the Park! Costs vary.
Electronics Recycling & Paper Shredding
In conjunction with the garage sale weekend, an Electronics Recycling and a Paper Shredding truck will be on hand on May 4th from 10-2. You can read more here, including a detailed list of what is accepted.
Kyffin Elementary invites you to join them for a morning of fun and fitness on May 19th — See the Cougar Tracks info for more.
Bowling night was a great success and lots of fun! We had 120 neighbors
knocking down pins and lots of pizza. Thanks to Cici and Golden Bowl for setting up a great time!

Get New Trash Containers — Free!
We renewed our trash/recycle contract, and everyone is entitled to receive new sturdy, wheeled 96-gallon trash/recycle containers if they want them. Click here for more information and to sign up. (Note that signing up is not required; if you do nothing you would continue to do your trash/recycles exactly as you do now.)

Roofing Resolution, effective for all new roof replacements. Remember that you must
get an approval on an
ARC request form
prior to getting a new roof (or painting/etc.)
Doggie Leash Law & Cleanup Reminders
Please remember your dogs must be on a leash at all times when not on your premises. See the Jeffco Leash Law here. Also please be sure to clean up after your pets. Neighbors yards and common areas are not doggie potties.
There are also noise nuisance regulations in Jeffco and in your covenants, so please be sure you aren't causing loud noises that your neighbors can hear such as dogs barking outside, training whistles, etc.
